Kenny has a creative, thoughtful and studious approach to cuisine. I have been lucky to sample many of his early and now refined dishes, and am very excited to see his future endeavors. Any kitchen would be lucky to have Kenny as part of their team.

I have tasted many of Kenny’s creations. He is not only good at make a simple dish flavorful, but also add extra layer of enhancement to make me “wow”.  He always put a lot of thoughts, attention and creativity into the food, people tasted his food can feel his passion and love of the food.
